Electrics

The Tivoli houses an impressive selection of historic electrical stage equipment including carbon arc limes, AC/DC rectifiers, Rank Strand Grand Master, prompt corner cueing lights, mic riser and the "turns" boards on the proscenium.

Lighting Battens - When the Tivoli closed as a variety theatre in 1966, the lighting battens were raised and a false ceiling covering the stage was suspended from the battens. The battens are still in situ connected to the Rank Strand Grand Master lighting board under the stage right fly floor.
Dip Traps - A false floor covers the original stage surface. The stage dips with plugs for red, green, blue and open white circuits are still in existence.
Rank Strand Grand Master-The Rank Strand Grand Master is still in existence hidden behind wooden partitions installed when the Tivoli was converted to a Bingo Hall. The lighting board is in excellent condition and was still operational in 1988.
